HOW LONG DO I FREEFALL FOR?

From 15,000ft you will freefall for 60 seconds
From 12,000ft you will freefall for 45 seconds
From 9,000ft you will freefall for 25 seconds

HOW FAST DO I FREEFALL?

The maximum speed is about 200kph!!

HOW LONG IS THE FLIGHT?

It depends on which height you choose!
But from 15,000ft it takes about 15 minutes to reach altitude.

WHAT KIND OF PLANES DO YOU HAVE?

In Queenstown we operate two turbine Cresco 750's
In Rotorua we operate a turbine Fletcher

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Nothing much!  So long as you have foot wear that won't fall off, and an appropriate amount of clothing depending on the season.  In Winter we do recommend that multiple layers are more suitable than one large jacket.

I WEAR PRESCRIPTION GLASSES, DO I HAVE TO TAKE THESE OFF FOR MY SKYDIVE?

No!  We have goggles that will fit over your glasses. 

I WEAR CONTACT LENSES, IS THIS OK?

Yes!  But we do suggest to bring your contact solution just in case your lenses dry out.

WHAT ABOUT YOUR SAFETY RECORD?

We have an excellent safety record after taking over 170,000 passengers.  All parachutes are fitted with reserve chutes and automatic opening devices.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

Our meeting point is our Skydive Centre in the middle of town in Queenstown, from there we will take you to and from the Dropzone where you skydive.  In Rotorua, we'll pick you up from your accommodation. This is included in the price. 

DO YOU ALLOW SPECTATORS?

Providing we have enough space in our buses we can take spectators for free.  This won't be guaranteed and only available at the time of the trip. They are welcome to drive themselves to watch though.

CAN I TAKE MY CAMERA ON THE PLANE WITH ME?

No, this is due to safety reasons, but you can take photos on the ground while getting ready. We do provide an option for photos and DVDs, which look amazing!

CAN I DRIVE TO THE QUEENSTOWN DROPZONE MYSELF?

Yes you can, but you will still need to check in at the Nzone Skydive Centre for the briefing and then they will give you directions.
